4 Tips for Trapping Foxes and Coyotes

When using foothold traps in freezing temps, I prefer using cover hulls (buckwheat hulls) to cover the trap. They don't absorb water and won't freeze solid. I still use peat moss and antifreeze flakes (calcium chloride) underneath the trap to create a buffer, preventing the trap from freezing to the ground.
