Fantastic P4, its a Rover 100, they did a 90, 100 and 110, with a Birmingham registration number, this car hasn't strayed far from the factory. A design influenced by American Studebaker cars at the time. It was affectionately nicknamed the "Auntie" Rover and was known for its solid, reliable construction. Gordon Bashford designed, built in the Land Rover factory at Lode Lane, Solihull. The factory that produced Birmabright metal was the Birmetals Co. (Birmabright works) in Clapgate Lane, Quinto
