finally got dad moving in our recovery suite on our new power plate my5 vibration plate. this routine is excellent for the elderly with mobility issues, my dad only did 5 minutes first session with breaks inbetween these low impact exercises to allow him to regain his breath, he is on oxygen 24 hours a day and cant walk very far at all, unable to put his shoes on, needs a wheel chair or mobility scooter. my hope is for him to be able to walk and to lower his oxygen use by improving lung function
