Leeds city centre has a new green space... if you look up! 🌻 The abandoned Monk Bridge railway viaduct is being brought back into use as a stunning overhead garden! 🌳 As of now, you can walk the length of it - from Wellington Place to the all-new 'The Junction' development. Trees and flowers have recently been planted, alongside the installation of stairs and a lift. 🌷 The viaduct was built in 1846 over the River Aire - and is all that remains of the approach to what was Leeds Central station
