I know a lot of people give their babies cold milk straight from the fridge but that’s something I could never do. I grew up only drinking warm or hot drinks because in Chinese culture, it’s believed that warm beverages help with circulation, soothe the body, and support digestion, while cold drinks can disrupt it.
