6 TIPS for all runners📓 I have been running over 50 years and coaching for almost 40 years now. When I started in the early 1970’s I new NOTHING 😱 Here are 6 things I learned the hard way 1. Don’t try and push through niggles. You won’t lose fitness from taking a few days off training. However, you will definitely lose fitness when you get injured and can’t run for 2 months. If you can, do cross training such as swimming or cycling to maintain fitness if you can not run for an extended period.
