Vietnamese singer Duc Phoc won the Intervision song contest in Moscow, which has been described as Russia’s answer to the Eurovision. The Soviet-era song contest was revived by Russian President Vladimir Putin three years after Russia was banned from the Eurovision in the wake of its invasion of Ukraine.
