Dec 12, 2021 · There are a few Expats that just might need the Philippine National ID card, one of our new Expats told me that the NBI, recent change, require two Philippine ID cards and he doesn't have two Philippine recognized ID cards in order to perform a clearance but he's still checking on this new requirement, currently he is working on his 13a Visa.

Apr 25, 2019 · NBI Clearance If you don't have a police records check from your home state then after 6 months you have the option of an NBI clearance but I thought the Philippine Bureau of Immigration set this up along with your 13A. Agree with you and what a pain having to travel long distances to get stuff done and Manila of all places with all its traffic.

Jun 19, 2014 · The thumb printing is done on the NBI Clearance Application Form. It's not something that you do yourself. It is done either by a staff from Philippine Embassy or from Singapore Police Force. Once they're happy with the thumb prints, only then will they "certify" your application. Then you send it over to NBI in the Philippines for processing.

Mar 8, 2016 · I never did receive my I card after getting the 13a probationary 10 months ago, checked with BI in Iloilo today as well, they still don't have it. Without the I card I can't apply for the NBI clearance. Without the NBI clearance I can't apply for permanent residency. Will go to NBI today to see about the MNL part and to BI tomorrow.

Feb 15, 2017 · 1. you can post the documentation to the NBI Building in Manila along with the fee and return postage. 2. you can ask somebody you know to apply on your behalf with an authorisation letter. Somebody in the Philippines had applied for me and I got the clearance in 12 days. (just got it yesterday )

The name of the document is incorrectly labeled by the PBI, all they need is a Police Records Print out, the reason it's for Immigration and you get that from the Sheriff of your hometown or if another country it's just a Police Record print out and if you've been moving …

I started about 3 months early to get everything done in time. The only real difference was for the permanent I needed a notarized affidavit of cohabitation.
