Though Disney+ has yet to confirm when the movie will make its debut, it could be coming soon, based on the streaming releases of past Disney movies. Based on the timeframe surrounding past Disney streaming releases, like that of "Moana 2 ," and "Mufasa: The Lion King ," "Lilo & Stitch" could come to Disney+ in late August or early September.

The Chinatown Stitch project, first announced in 2023, aimed to cap the Vine Street Expressway between 10th and 13th streets. Now, the future of the project is uncertain.
