Netflix is the new home for the beloved children's TV show, the streaming platform announced Monday along with a special video of Cookie Monster eating the Netflix logo.

Netflix plans to stream the show in a new format with "episodes will now center on one 11-minute story, allowing for even more character-driven humor and heart."
