Eight months after launching, the Chicago Sports Network will finally hit the airwaves on Comcast, but it’s going to cost subscribers more to watch the White Sox, Bulls and Blackhawks.

Xfinity's Ultimate tier will cost customers an additional $20 per month. Customers had been receiving a monthly credit of $8.85 to offset the loss of NBC Sports Chicago, which went off the air Sept. 30.

What they're saying: "This deal allows us to reach even more fans across the city and suburbs, deepen connections, and reinforce CHSN as the home for Chicago sports all day, every day," CHSN president Jason Coyle said in a statement.
