DermaRite Industries LLC announced on Aug. 8 the voluntary recall of dozens of their over-the-counter soaps after it was discovered the products are contaminated with a bacteria that could result in ‘serious and life-threatening infections.

Over a dozen soap and sanitizer products are being recalled because they could cause health complications. DermaKleen lotion soaps, Perigiene antiseptic and KleenFoam soap are among those recalled, according to the Friday announcement by DermaRite Industries LLC,

DermaRite Industries has voluntarily recalled a range of soaps and cleaning products due to the presence of bacterial contamination that may cause life-threatening sepsis infections.
