A New York family is grappling with the sudden loss of their loved one who was vacationing in Puerto Rico. Kevin Mares was visiting the island to see Bad Bunny in concert when he was shot and killed in the La Perla neighborhood just outside of Old San Juan.

A U.S. tourist who was visiting Puerto Rico for Bad Bunny’s residency has been fatally shot at La Perla, a popular seaside shantytown.
