Edward Kelley, 36, was pardoned for his role in storming the U.S. Capitol. He'll still spend life in prison for plotting to kill the FBI agents who investigated him.

"Edward Kelley is remorseless and has shown neither a capacity nor desire to rehabilitate," said the prosecution.
