The Bruins' pitching staff bounced back nicely on the night after starter Michael Barnett allowed two runs in the first two innings, as 16 of the last 17 UTSA batters were retired by UCLA pitching.

They and the Bruins are joined by the 3rd-ranked Arkansas Razorbacks and sixth seeded LSU. UCLA will have to face and beat at least one of the two juggernauts to make it to the national championship.
