The Jets weren’t interested in providing a behind-the-scenes look at their decision to part ways with quarterback Aaron Rodgers as they took questions Tuesday for the first time since announcing their intent earlier this month.

On Friday, the Stafford rumors were officially put to bed after a report stated that the Los Angeles Rams are working out a restructured deal with the veteran. In turn, that led to Adam Schefter of ESPN reporting that the New York Giants -- who were also showing interest in Stafford -- are inquiring about veteran quarterbacks,
