The group is considering proposing to the FCC a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the satellite-related radio spectrum that would be presented at the Commission’s next meeting on July 15.

The FCC will now take these and other public comments into consideration before issuing a final rule. Its next public meeting is scheduled for Nov. 21, but the agenda has not yet been released.
