Missing person posters for Megan Trussell still dot the University of Colorado Boulder campus, but she's no longer missing. While officials still haven't said how she died, loved ones are remembering the 18-year-old.

On Tuesday, the Boulder County Coroner’s Office confirmed a dead female found near the 40-mile marker of Boulder Canyon was that of missing UC Boulder student 18-year-old Megan Trussell. The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office said Trussell was reported missing on Wednesday.

A sheriff’s spokesperson said Monday it was too soon to say whether the disappearance involved foul play or if Trussell’s death is being investigated as a homicide.
