New York Giants rookie outside linebacker Abdul Carter has always taken pride in his personal and professional brand. But the Giants' rookie, who thus far has been one of the highlights of the Giants' training camp and preseason, is ready to make an exception to his usual well-kept grooming and for a very good and personal reason.

Carter certainly has captured the imagination during training camp. It seems like every video highlight posted from Giants camp is of Carter leaving an offensive lineman in the dust. Pretty soon, that'll be the other team that Carter is racing around to get after the QB. And now, he's providing himself with more incentive to get the job done.
