Live Nation has added Trump loyalist Richard Grenell to its board of directors amid a criminal antitrust probe conducted by the Justice Department. Grenell—installed by President Donald Trump as head of the Kennedy Center in February—was appointed to the board on Tuesday.

The Kennedy Center's 2025–2026 season includes slate of theatrical programming that includes several productions featuring drag  - despite public statements from President Donald Trump promising to eliminate such content from the federally supported institution.

The center’s new president said prosecutors should look at its “criminal” debt and deferred maintenance, as the center announced dance and theater offerings that include some with nonunion casts.
