The Washington Commanders are battling a hand injury to Jayden Daniels as they look to take down the Philadelphia Eagles.

Daniels is dealing with a cut on his throwing hand. Normally, that wouldn't sound too bad, but it looks like a pretty gnarly and deep cut. The injury was intense enough that in order to quickly stop the bleeding, the training staff used superglue to seal the wound so that the bleeding would stop faster.

The Eagles are coming off a laugher in Dallas while the Commanders were in a slugfest with the Steelers right down to the bitter end. That means Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley, A.J. Brown and company sat out the fourth quarter. That gives the Eagles the ultimate tiebreaker in a short week: Rest.
