Prosecutors in Idaho and Arizona argued that Daybell plotted to remove people who stood in the way of her plan to live with Chad Daybell while benefiting from life insurance policies.

A jury in Phoenix has convicted Lori Vallow Daybell of conspiring to kill her niece’s ex-husband in 2019, marking her second murder conspiracy conviction in Arizona in less than two months.

Those included the cell phones of Daybell, Cox, and a burner phone prosecutors allege was bought by the siblings and being used by Cox.
