Thankfully, the trips to Sesame Street are not over. The beloved kids television series, which has been running since 1969, will now be available to stream on Netflix and PBS after HBO and Max did not renew their longstanding deal with the series at the end of 2024.

The next season of “ Sesame Street ” is being brought to you by the big, red letter “N.”

The streaming giant has inked a deal with Sesame Workshop for new episodes of the long-running children’s show, just months after Warner Bros. Discovery opted not to renew its output deal for the program in a strategic shift at its streaming service Max (which will soon return to being HBO Max).
