Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker pressed the White House to release $1.88 billion in approved federal funding that he says the Trump administration is withholding from the state.

Pritzker traveled to Washington Tuesday to further sound the alarm on a pending GOP budget cut to Medicaid that will strip coverage for more than 700,000 Illinois residents.
