Inter Miami registered their first victory of the MLS season in the absence of Lionel Messi, who stayed in South Florida with the team giving the 37-year-old some extra rest. Inter Miami also picked up their third win across all competitions and will now play in the Round of 16 of the CONCACAF Champions Cup.

Unfortunately for Miami, Ian Fray was shown a straight red card after the full-time whistle following a reported altercation. He eventually got his name on the scoresheet, but throughout the entire 90 minutes, Luis Suarez was the brains behind the victory.
