An administrative law judge at the International Trade Commission ruled that Garmin International Inc.'s SideVu product infringed on a patent held by Wisconsin-based Johnson Controls Inc.
The ITC said Garmin will be free to import the products temporarily, and further recommended the company be allowed to import modified products. Garmin said it will appeal the ITC judgment.
