The Las Vegas Raiders had a few good showings from some of their depth wide receivers who are all fighting to make the initial 53-man roster. Alex Bachman, who was Aidan O'Connell's primary target before Bachman left the game with an injury last Thursday, played very well.

Pete Carroll has been clear about his intention to win now with the Raiders. Since January, he has made moves like trading for veteran quarterback Geno Smith.

In the end, Carroll’s Raiders’ debut ended with sloppy, disorganized a 23-23 tie in which Seattle’s backups beat the Raiders’ starters early. The Raiders’ deep backups outscored the Seahawks’ deep backups 20-7 in the second half to force the tie (no overtime in the preseason).
