Heavy rain moved out Wednesday morning in the Philadelphia area and several streams and creeks are dealing with more water than normal.

At about 3:25 p.m., the weather service issued a flash flood warning for Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris and Somerset counties, where heavy rain had been falling during the past few hours. That warning will remain active until 7:30 p.m.
