In the latest mock from Draft Wire, the New York Giants pass on Shedeur Sanders and Abdul Carter in favor of fixing their offensive line.

The first week of NFL free agency is coming to a close, with every team addressing needs and bolstering its roster ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.  And these past few days had it all. You had the Steelers trading for (and paying) DK Metcalf despite not yet having a starting quarterback.

But would any of the remaining free agent quarterbacks entice them enough to change their plans? In other words, if the Giants sign Aaron Rodgers or Russell Wilson, might they consider drafting the best player available with the No. 3 pick instead of Cam Ward or Shedeur Sanders (if they’re somehow still on the board)?

While the New York Giants wait for Aaron Rodgers to make his free agency decision, they keep their options open. The team is set to meet with Russell Wilson on Friday after meeting with Joe Flacco on Thursday.
