Cooper Flagg and Maliq Brown have been ruled out for No. 1 Duke’s game against North Carolina in the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament because of injuries.

Duke basketball updated the status of Cooper Flagg and Maliq Brown ahead of the Blue Devils' ACC Tournament game against UNC on Friday in Charlotte.

Injuries have hit the Duke men's basketball team at the worst possible time. After receiving a double-bye in the ACC Tournament, the Blue Devils saw Cooper Flagg and Maliq Brown exit in the first half of their quarterfinal meeting with Georgia Tech.
