Lamine Yamal will switch to the No. 10 jersey at Barcelona, the same number Diego Maradona, Ronaldinho and Lionel Messi wore for the Catalan club.

"Lamine Yamal will be wearing the coveted No. 10 jersey for FC Barcelona next season. On the day that he signed his extended contract until 2031, the player who recently turned 18, received the shirt bearing the famous number from president Joan Laporta", the club announced.

In just two days, nearly 70,000 jerseys featuring Lamine Yamal No. 10 have been sold, generating an estimated revenue of close to $12 million. The young star’s new number has shattered sales records for the club.
