Harvard is reportedly nearing a $500 million settlement with the Trump administration to end investigations and restore federal funding, ending standoff over antisemitism probes, academic freedom, and the university’s refusal to meet demands.

Harvard, some students, professors, and alumni argue, needs to be much more transparent about what exactly is on the table in its discussions with the White House.
