PORTLAND, Oregon — Under clear blue skies, the Grand Floral Parade made its return to downtown Portland on Saturday, continuing a tradition that’s delighted generations for more than 117 years.

The Grand Floral Parade has long served as a centerpiece of the Rose Festival, and for many like Runnells, it remains a can’t-miss event.
