Police in Chester County, Pennsylvania, are working with federal agencies to locate a man who escaped custody early Saturday morning while still wearing handcuffs.

West Chester officials said the Union Centre Boulevard overpass is closed as crews work on the fire. Both police and hazmat are also there.

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A blaze shut down the Union Centre overpass along Interstate 75 in West Chester Township Tuesday afternoon after a tanker truck carrying diesel fuel caught fire.

Detectives determined that the brothers, a sister and her boyfriend arrived together at the Dorian Drive house. Upon arrival, an altercation ensued, resulting in the shooting of the sister’s boyfriend and the homicide of Corey Rhyanes.
