CFP Board CEO Kevin R. Keller will retire from the organization at the end of April after serving in the position nearly two decades, the standard-setting advisor organization announced. The CFP Board of Directors has created a search committee and will engage an executive search firm later this year to assess internal candidates and conduct a national search,

Atop the standard-setting organization since 2007, Kevin Keller has seen its ranks of certification holders nearly double and has overseen work to bring more diversity to the profession.
