Captain Gantu, who originally appeared late in the story to capture Stitch, is cut entirely. Stitch is still pursued by the goofy alien duo Jumba (Zach Galifianakis) and Pleakley (Billy Magnussen).
That last part feels particularly prudent, because if Lilo & Stitch 2 gets off the ground, we may very well see Captain Gantu finally return.
