The Baldwin Park woman who allegedly shot at employees of a California Closets Monday before being killed by police during a South Gate traffic stop was an employee of the Huntington Beach store.

The deadly triple-shooting happened at around 4:45 p.m. on Sunday near Lake Los Angeles, according to Los Angeles County deputies.

Antonio Treyvonne Green was arrested Tuesday, Aug. 19, in Fresno, California for the July 27 shooting death of Mia Sims.

A 40-year-old California man could spend up to 20 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to shooting at a police helicopter for roughly 20 minutes after his birthday party, which officials described as having ended 'acrimoniously.

The shooting happened on Saturday night at around 7:30 p.m. in a wash near Third Street and Palm Lane, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.

Mary Diedra Chavez was not the shooter, but prosecutors said she brought in a purported gang member to shoot 26-year-old Phia Marie Albanese in July 2021.
