Service on SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line between 30th Street and Spring Garden stations resumed Wednesday night after an underground fire.
It was reported at around 2:20 p.m. at a vacant single-story house in the 500 block of N. St. Andrews Place, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
