The San Francisco 49ers beating the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Night Football has given the Seattle Seahawks some extra pressure on Monday Night Football against the Houston Texans. Lose and they’re virtually two games back of the 49ers,

Just seven points separate the Seattle Seahawks from a perfect start to the season. The Seahawks, who enter their bye with a 5-2 record after beating the Houston Texans 27-19 last Monday night, are 3-0 away from home.

In the first game of the night, the Detroit Lions had little issue rolling past Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They picked up a 24-9 win at home, while the Bucs lost star wide receiver Mike Evans to a shoulder injury and a concussion. Both teams now sit at 5-2 on the year.
