Former College Softball Player Set for Her Fifth and Possibly Final Winter Olympics

George Washington University softball’s first-ever recruit is set to take on her fifth, and possibly final, Winter Olympics.

Record 232 athletes across 16 sports will represent United States in Italy as Winter Olympic team is announced

Team USA, which was announced Monday, is comprised of 232 athletes across 16 sports, an increase of the record 228 who traveled to PyeongChang in 2018. USOPC chief of sport and athlete services Rocky Harris credited the investment in the last four years, including collaboration between the sports’ governing bodies on a high-performance plan.
