HonorHealth has become the first health system in the nation to perform joint replacement surgery using Stryker's new handheld robotic device, completing more than 55 procedures since January.

Keith Evans, general manager of Stryker’s Mako and enabling technologies unit, said the handheld robot will be in a limited release for the first half of 2026.
