Apple reportedly produced around 55 million iPhones in India during 2025, up from around 40 million the year before, as the company continues to drastically reduce its reliance on China.

Anyone who has bought an iPhone or another Apple product has seen the note on the company’s packaging that its products are designed in California, but that doesn't mean they're manufactured there.
