On Thursday night, the NFL Honors ceremony saw Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels take home the Offensive Rookie of the Year award, as expected. What wasn't anticipated, however, was Denver Broncos ' rookie phenom Bo Nix coming in third in the voting.

Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix finished third in the voting for The Associated Press NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year for the 2024 season. The award was presented to Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels during the “NFL Honors” program on Thursday night in New Orleans.

Jayden Daniels won the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year award over Bo Nix. Both QBs appear to have bright futures in the NFL.

Former Oregon Ducks quarterback Bo Nix had many doubters going into his rookie year in the NFL. Selected as the last of six quarterbacks to be drafted in the first round last year, there were few expectations for Nix to succeed with the Denver Broncos in his first season under head coach Sean Payton. Nix proved those doubters wrong, though.
