In a collection of lawsuits, over 400 individuals are alleging that the company behind Roblox, a popular online video game mostly played by children, doesn’t do enough to protect young users.

A lawsuit accuses Roblox and Discord of enabling the sexual exploitation of a minor by failing to implement adequate child safety features on their platforms.

The company urges parents to contact Roblox customer support before disputing charges because a refund cannot be processed once a charge has been disputed.
