LOWER MERION — Lower Merion officials are reminding drivers that a new school bus enforcement system is set to take effect next month. Beginning Aug 1, the Bus Patrol system goes live.

The new bus fare collection's open platform system meets the MBA's requirement that the two systems share a common ticket to offer transit riders seamless travel when switching been transit modes.

Cubic Transportation Systems announced the Umo platform as BC Transit's new automated fare collection system in the Victoria Regional Transit System.
