A "human skin" teddy bear found outside a gas station in Victorville over the weekend turned out to be a practical joke, according to authorities, and an arrest was made.

A 23-year-old Victorville man was arrested after what appears to be a prank gained national attention. ABC7 spoke to the artist who created the bear.
