The saga between the state of Missouri and the threat of the Kansas City Chiefs relocating has reached an important step. Per a report from the Associated Press, there have been hundreds of millions of dollars dedicated to convince the Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals from relocating to Kansas.

The Missouri House of Representatives on Wednesday passed a plan to try and keep the Chiefs and Royals in the Show Me State. Read more on FOX4:

The Missouri Senate has approved legislation incentivizing the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals to stay in their state, with the threat of the teams moving to Kansas looming. The bill needed 18 votes to pass and was approved 19-13.
