Michael J. Fox is returning to his roots. The five-time Emmy Award winner will guest star in the third season of the Apple TV+ series “Shrinking.” The streaming service and the actor shared a collaborative Instagram post with the news Thursday.

Michael J. Fox is joining Shrinking season 3. The Back to the Future star will appear on screen for the first time in five years, as the actor continues his three-and-a-half-decade-long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Shrinking just added some major star power. Michael J. Fox is officially joining the cast in an undisclosed role, Deadline reports. This will mark his first on-screen credit since reprising his The Good Wife character, Louis Canning, for spin-off The Good Fight in 2020.
