Oscar and Emmy winner Kieran Culkin will play Caesar Flickerman in the 'Hunger Games' prequel 'Sunrise on the Reaping,' a role originated by Stanley Tucci in the first four movies.

The Lionsgate film has landed the Oscar-winning actor to play the host of the Hunger Games who was previously portrayed by Stanley Tucci.

Kieran Culkin and Elle Fanning join the cast of 'The Hunger Games: Sunrise of the Reaping' as Caesar Flickerman and Effie Trinket, respectively. Stanley Tucci and Elizabeht Banks played the roles in the original film trilogy led by Jennifer Lawrence.
