Jon Miyahara, who played the wordlessly hilarious Cloud 9 employee Brett Kobashigawa on all six seasons of "Superstore," has died, reports say.

Superstore star Jon Miyahara, who played Brett on all six seasons of the NBC comedy, has died at 83. Miyahara's daughter, Pennie Cappasola, confirmed the news to PEOPLE on Thursday, telling the outlet that the actor died Wednesday with his wife, Chiyo, by his side. No cause of death was provided.

"John was a really awesome guy and as a performer could speak volumes with just a look,” "Superstore" star Colton Dunn said.
